Subfloor preparation and levelling

A long-lasting floor starts with a solid base. Union Flooring specialises in the work underneath.

Damp proof membranes

High-performance protection that locks out moisture and keeps your flooring safe for the long term.

Smoothing compounds

A perfectly level, even surface for your new floor. Smoothing compounds correct imperfections, fill dips and give a stable, strong base so LVT, carpet, vinyl or laminate sits flat and stays bonded.

Tricky subfloors

Old adhesives, mixed materials, damp, uneven patches or surfaces that do not behave as expected. We find the cause and use the right primers, DPMs, levelling compounds and preparation to give a stable, reliable base.
